We’re not in the case business so we have chosen to partner with Sweetwater to provide cases for our guitars. Shipping is free and they have a large selection. We’ll be glad to do all the footwork for you if you need a case. It’s that easy.
Only after your approval!!!
During the Thumb Groove process a blueprint will be created of your guitar's design. We don't start the build until you review the print and give us your approval. After all is said and done, you will receive a framed copy of your blueprint in your swag kit.
Two Years from the purchase date
If at any time during a period of two years from the purchase date any issues due to faulty materials and or workmanship, Thumb Groove will repair the damage without charge
